Barça to Host Inaugural Match at Upgraded Camp Nou on Saturday
Barça revealed their first game will take place at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou this Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit Athletic Bilbao in domestic competition over two years after they moved out for construction to commence.

Not all seats will be available with 45,401 fans can be present based on approved permits. Once fully finished, the stadium’s capacity will reach over 104,000 attendees, a rise from the old capacity. Barça announced completed upgrades featured an updated entryway for the team along with upgraded changing facilities.
Recent Activities
Barça organized an open training session on the home pitch on 7 November. They mentioned they were hoping for permission by UEFA for their upcoming Champions League fixture versus the German side next month at the stadium. They have been hosting matches at the Olympic Stadium.
